Cancellation Policy

If a lesson should need to be cancelled on my end, it will be made up at later date. If not, it will be credited. By default, lessons will not take place on major holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, etc. However, it is not unlikely that a Monday lesson might conflict with holidays such as Memorial Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, etc. Unless otherwise specified, these will not affect the lessons schedule. While effort will be given to attempt to reschedule any lessons canceled by a student/parent, I reserve the right to not make up lessons missed. If three lessons should be canceled within a two-month period, depending on the circumstance, there the lesson slot may be subject to forfeit. If cancellations are initiated by the instructor, this will not apply.
